When you use our general inquiry form or request the Law Firm Reach & Authority Assessment, we collect the information you choose to provide. That may include your name, firm, email address, website, practice areas, market, the clients or matters you want more of, and what you would like the marketing or Assessment to help you improve.
If you contact us by email, we also receive your email address and anything you include in the message.
Our website host may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, referring page, and the date and time of a request.
How we use the information
We use it to respond to inquiries, review Assessment requests, discuss whether and how we can help, provide requested services, maintain business records, and operate and protect the website.
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Services that help run this site
Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions on our behalf. You can read Netlify’s privacy statement.
Vimeo provides the video player used in our selected-work section. The Vimeo player is not loaded until you choose to play the video. Once loaded, Vimeo may receive information about your device and interaction with the player under Vimeo’s privacy policy.
We do not currently run advertising pixels or a separate website analytics platform.
Please do not send confidential case information
Confident Reach is a marketing company. Please do not use our forms to send client confidences, case files, medical records, payment card information, or other highly sensitive material. Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and business records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations. We delete or anonymize information when we no longer have a reasonable need to keep it.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete personal information you have submitted to us. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you additional privacy rights. Email us at connect@confidentreach.com and tell us what you need.

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. No website or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use care when deciding what to send online.
