What the Build can change

Fix what is holding the firm back. Build what helps it win.

A law firm can do excellent work and still look forgettable, dated, or hard to understand online. The website may undersell the firm. Valuable practice areas can be hard to find. Strong proof can stay buried, content can stall, and good prospects can meet friction before they ever speak with a lawyer.

The Build gives us three focused months to turn that around. Depending on the firm, that can mean sharpening the message, rebuilding weak spots, bringing the strongest proof forward, creating useful content or video, improving the path to inquiry, and connecting the work around the clients and matters the firm wants.

Before the Build begins, you see what we recommend changing, what we plan to build, and why. Then Confident Reach leads the work from strategy through launch.

Established firm

Bring the marketing up to the level of the legal work.

The firm has a real reputation, but its website, search presence, proof, content, intake, or measurement have grown unevenly and no longer show it at its best.

New firm

Launch with substance.

Whether you are leaving an established practice or opening your first firm, the Build brings the positioning, public presence, client path, and essential marketing systems together from the beginning.

Growth move

Give the next opportunity real support.

The firm wants more of a certain practice area, case type, market, or audience and needs the marketing to put real weight behind that goal.

Client example

We helped make Meyer Law Office’s federal-court work easier to find, understand, and act on.

Meyer Law Office helps people and families challenge immigration detention in federal court. Together, we have made that part of the firm’s practice visible through website pages, a detention-specific case-review path, search improvements, campaign creative, and explainer videos in English and Spanish.

The finished path gives someone facing an urgent legal problem a clearer way to understand what the firm does, learn whether federal court may help, and take the next step. Our relationship with Meyer is ongoing. It shows the legal understanding, creative range, and hands-on execution Confident Reach brings to the 90-Day Build.

How the Build works

A clear plan. Then a lot of real work.

We spend enough time understanding the firm to make good decisions. Most of the engagement goes into writing, designing, building, recording, improving, and launching.

At the start

Set the direction.

We learn which clients, matters, and opportunities the firm wants, then examine the path from first impression to inquiry. That gives the work a practical direction from the beginning.

Through the Build

Get into the work.

We write, design, build, record, publish, and improve. The work moves in parallel when that makes sense. A practice page might take shape alongside search and inquiry improvements. A video shoot might feed the website, social content, and a campaign.

As work is ready

Put it in the market.

We launch throughout the engagement, check the details, learn from the early response, and adjust where useful. We also keep the accounts, files, and documentation organized for the firm.

After the Build

You keep the work. We plan what comes next together.

By then, we know the firm well enough to recommend the kind of ongoing relationship that fits the opportunity and the work ahead.

Your firm owns the finished work.

The website work, accounts, finished assets, content, footage, tracking, templates, and documentation stay with the firm. We use widely supported systems and make sure the team has the files and access it needs.

There is room to keep building.

What makes sense next depends on the opportunities the Build uncovers and how involved the firm wants us to be. We may continue as the firm’s broader marketing partner or take a focused role around the website, search, publishing, video, or campaigns. Before the Build ends, we recommend a specific arrangement with a clear scope and price.

We want clients to keep working with us because the relationship keeps earning its place, not because leaving would make their marketing disappear.

Start the Build

Let’s talk about what we could change for your firm in three focused months.

The first conversation is about the clients and matters the firm wants, what is getting in the way, and what a useful Build could look like.

Want a closer look first? The $950 Reach & Authority Assessment shows you where the firm is strongest, where opportunities are being lost, and what to do next. Commit to the Build within 30 days of receiving it, and the full Assessment fee is applied to the engagement.
